Ingredients:
1 Egg
1/3 cup sugar
1 & ½ cup coconut flour/ grated coconut
Method:
Separate the egg white from the yolk. Beat the egg white till stiff peaks form. Add the yolk and beat again. Gradually add the sugar and beat. Then mix in the coconut flour. Add a pinch of salt. Spoon the mixture on to a baking tray. Bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 15 to 20 minutes till golden in colour. Crispy from the outside and soft from the inside coconut macaroons are ready to serve.
